FAQ

Q: What voltage does the DI561 require?
A: 24V AC/DC (operating range: 0-30V).

 

Q: How is the module wired?
A: Supports sink/source current; use pluggable terminals. Shielded cable is recommended for long distances.

 

Q: Why is the module unresponsive (no LED, no power)?
A: It adopts standard EN 50022 DIN rail mounting, which is consistent with conventional industrial module installation methods. During installation, ensure the ambient temperature is within -25℃ to +60℃, and the cabinet has good ventilation to avoid overheating; the protection level is IP20, so it must be installed inside a closed industrial cabinet to prevent dust and water intrusion.

 

Q:External signal exists but the channel LED doesn’t light up?
A: Verify: (1) Sensor/switch output (14-27V AC / 15-30V DC), (2) secure wiring, (3) PLC IO address(no conflicts).

 

Q: How to fix unstable signals/false triggers?
A: Use shielded cables, ground properly (avoid dual-end grounding), and keep wiring within 300m (unshielded) / 500m (shielded).
