Description:

The PR6426/000-130 is a rugged eddy current probe optimized for large-range shaft displacement monitoring. It uses non-contact eddy current technology to measure the gap between the probe and conductive shaft surfaces, avoiding mechanical wear and ensuring long-term stability. The sensor offers a static measuring range of ±4.0 mm (0.157") with 2 V/mm sensitivity, and a frequency range of 0–20 kHz to capture dynamic shaft motion for eccentricity and vibration analysis. It features a robust stainless steel housing, a 5m armored PTFE cable (IP67-sealed), and M18x1.5 mounting thread for reliable operation in harsh industrial environments. The sensor pairs with CON021/CON011 converters to output 4–20 mA signals, enabling integration with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for real-time condition monitoring and alarm management.
