Description:

The A6140 delivers high-precision shaft absolute vibration monitoring by mathematically combining relative shaft displacement (from eddy current probes) and case absolute vibration (from accelerometers/velocimeters) with phase compensation. It supports two independent channels (configurable for combined or separate operation) to measure peak-to-peak, RMS, or zero-to-peak vibration, with alarm/alert relay outputs triggering when thresholds are exceeded. The module is hot-swappable for maintenance without system shutdown, and offers 0/4–20 mA proportional outputs, 0–10 V analog outputs, and front/back buffered signals for integration with PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems. Its compact 1-slot form factor fits AMS 6500 chassis, with compliance to CE, UL, and CSA standards for global industrial deployment.
