The PR6423/004-110 is a non-contact eddy current displacement sensor paired with the CON021/913-040 signal converter from Emerson EPRO, forming a calibrated chain for precise static/dynamic shaft measurement in critical turbomachinery (steam/gas turbines, compressors, hydro units). The 8mm-diameter sensor delivers 2mm linear range (±1mm) with 8V/mm sensitivity for radial/axial displacement, eccentricity, and vibration, while the CON021/913-040 extended-range converter ensures <15µs rise time, 0–20kHz bandwidth, and -4V to -20V output for direct integration with EPRO MMS/AMS monitoring systems. This rugged, ATEX-certified system supports API 670 protection, enabling predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance operational safety in harsh industrial environments, with plug-and-play compatibility for fast setup in heavy-duty rotating equipment applications.
