The MMS6220 is engineered for precise, non-contact monitoring of shaft eccentricity in rotating machinery. Leveraging eddy current sensor technology, it delivers high-accuracy measurements to ensure the safe and efficient operation of critical industrial assets. Its built-in microprocessor enables complex data calculation and analysis, while the self-test function and redundant power input enhance operational reliability. The module supports online replacement and standalone operation, with password protection for operational levels to ensure secure access. It also records and stores measurement data from the most recent start-up/shutdown cycles, facilitating post-event analysis and predictive maintenance.
