The IMR6000/30 is a robust, expandable 19-inch rack designed to house MMS6000-series monitoring modules, logic cards, and interface cards, enabling centralized data acquisition, processing, and communication for rotating machinery protection. It supports up to 8 monitor slots, 2 logic card slots, and 1 interface card slot, with the first monitor slot configurable as a keyphasor master to synchronize all modules via the backplane. The system uses spring-cage/screw connection plugs for external wiring and supports RS485 bus communication, allowing seamless integration with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for remote monitoring and predictive maintenance workflows. Redundant 24V DC power inputs and a wide operating temperature range ensure reliable operation in harsh industrial environments.
