The CON021/916-240 is a high-precision signal converter designed for extended-range shaft monitoring. It converts the AC signal from eddy current probes into a linear 4–20 mA DC output, with a static measuring range of ±10 mm (20 mm total) to match PR6426/010-140 sensors. The converter features low-noise signal conditioning, electrical isolation, and fast rise time (<15 µs) to capture dynamic shaft motion for eccentricity and vibration analysis. It has a compact IP20 housing, screw-terminal connections for sensor/cable, and operates from -23 VDC to -32 VDC power supplies. It pairs with PR6426/010-140 to enable wear-free, long-term monitoring, and integrates with PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems for alarm management and predictive maintenance.
