Description:

AVP300-XSD3A is an intelligent electro-pneumatic valve positioner developed by Azbil (Yamatake), belonging to the AVP300 series. It is mainly used to control the opening of pneumatic control valves in industrial process control systems, converting the 4~20mA DC analog input signal into a corresponding pneumatic output signal to drive the valve actuator, ensuring accurate and stable valve positioning. It features high control precision, strong anti-interference ability, and easy operation, widely applied in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and other industrial fields.

Input Signal: 4~20mA DC (any split range can be set, the minimum range only needs 4mA).
Output Impedance: Max 300Ω at 20mA DC.
Supply Pressure: 140~700kPa (1.4~7.0kgf/cm²).
Air Consumption: 140~400kPa.
Valve Stem Stroke Range: Feedback lever rotation angle ±4°~±20°.
Ambient Temperature Range: -40℃~+80℃.
