Description:

This is an original OEM power supply board for LAM Research Electrostatic Chuck (ESC), a critical component for semiconductor etchers and deposition systems. It delivers stable high DC voltage to hold wafers firmly via electrostatic force inside vacuum chambers. Built with high-grade electronic components and anti-interference circuit design, it maintains outstanding performance under high vacuum, high temperature and strong RF interference, ensuring consistent wafer positioning and stable production yield during 24/7 continuous operation. It is a reliable replacement part for semiconductor fab equipment maintenance.
